USCIS keeps rejecting my application

Hi According to the information on USCIS website https://www.uscis.go...bulletin-mar-16 I am eligible to file adjustment of status, Since I belong to the rest of the world category, F2b and My petition was filled on Oct 2010 and currently I am in the US on a student visa .

However USCIS keeps rejecting my application saying that my priority date is not current?

Any idea what I can do? Any tips is highly appreciated.

I think it will be nice for you to call them and find out while because base on your Priority date and the new visa bulletin for date of filing you can file for AOS at this time but that does not mean that your priority date is current.
