"Records do not match." green card problems.

I just received my permanent resident card last month for a validity of ten years. Despite of this, when I tried to renew my driver license, the state official couldn't verify my status due to an error message. The same thing happened at the social security office, and the times Ive attempted to use the card for work, the same error message shows up. They keep telling me the error message says, "Records do not match." Is there anyone that might be able to tell me what I can do or if anyone has experienced a similar problem? Thank you.

I have not had any such problem, so I can't speak from experience. Is there anything wrong with the information present on the GC?
