No I485 Receipt Notice

Hello,

I concurrently filed I140/I485/I131/I765. Package was received by USCIS on 7 April 2016. I only got a receipt notice for the I140. I have not received anything for the I485/I131/I765. Also, only the $580 check was cashed. I am EB2 ROW NIW. This application was sent to the Texas center (TSC).

Is this normal? Is it normal to receive just one receipt number even though the petition was filed concurrently and mailed together? Please advise as this is nerve wrecking. Thanks

You are to receive a NOA for each form filed. If they didn't accept your other forms they will send to a notice stating why they didn't accept them.... But just wait for now...

Thanks for the response! I guess I will have to wait then. I just thought it was strange that they would send a receipt notice for one form and not the others, given that they were filed together

I got my I485 receipt notice. It took about 9 days after getting the I140 notice.

My timeline:

Filed I140/I485/I131/I765 Concurrently - April 6 2016
USCIS received package - April 7 2016
I140 email/text receipt notice received - April 11 2016
I140 check cashed - April 12 2016
I140 hard copy receipt notice - April 14 2016
I485 check cashed - April 20 2016
I485/I131/I1765 email/text receipt notice received - April 21 2016
I485/I131/I1765 hard copy receipt notice is due in the mail on April 23 2016 (will update to actual date once I receive it)
