I am GC holder filed for my wife, can she apply for adjustment of status?

Hello,
I am GC holder and my wife is already in the US on F1 visa. Can she apply for adjustment of status or will she have to go through NVC and take interview back home?

Yes she can but you will need to wait for PD to become current for filing for I-485/I-765/I-131.

Also, F-1 is non-immigrant intent visa, so after applying for GC, she should not travel until she gets EAD w/AP.

I m going through the same process right now.My husband is a green card holder and I'm on F1visa. The first step would be actually to file a petition I-130 . They give you the priority day and when it becomes current you can adjust a status. But the line is really long. So you should think first if it makes sense to wait to sitizenship.
