uscis request for initial evidence (i-485)

In the process of i-484 adjustment of status and after sending form I-864 affidavit of support, my petitioners income AND the income of a household member combined exceed the income requirements, although I have received a letter stating the income does not meet requirements and they want me to find a joint sponsor. I sent proof of both incomes and both forms (I-864 and I-864A) any ideas?

do you have a copy of your forms, if so double check if you filled it out correctly, did you fill out the #15 on page 5 of 12?
