Hi, I had my AOS interview on January 19 and the USCIS interviewer told my wife and me that all looks good, that they were waiting to get the third last report of FBI to approve my residence and have my green card, and she gave me the EAD. My question is How long it will take to get my green card, I have wait 45 days after the interview and I Haven't receive anything from USCIS?

My priority date is November 16, 2005. I was fingerprinted on December 17, 2005 and my interview was on January 19, 2006 In the office of El Paso Texas.

There is no way to spaculate the time for background check from FBI, you can do nothing but keep on waiting.
