Ok so I got married in 2014 am living here since my I-94 expire also visa my husband is just about ready to start my filing due to lack of money n other situation he couldn't file now he can only file I-130 my question is this ...if he mail it off tomorrow and then 10days time he get the money to file i485 can I mail it in with the notice letter when he does get it or do I have to wait till its approve am eligible to adjust status but financial he can't file all at once advice please
