Biometrics Appointment & I-485
Hello, I submitted a packet to USCIS with my I-485 application , employment authorization and advance parole application . I submitted all these before my priority date is current. I am in the (F1) category unmarried daughter of a US citizen over 21 i just received an acceptance notice along with an appointment to come in a do my biometrics, will they turn me away at the appointment because my priority date is not current or will the process just continue and plays itself out? Help have you ever heard of a case like mine?
