  • Estimated Interview Schedule

    Hi,
As of April 28, 2016, we are ready to schedule your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status. Could anyone please advise when will the interview be scheduled? A rough time frame could be very helpful please. I do not know how long should i wait more?

    Thank you

Check on the USCIS website for processing time at your center, thus you will get rough estimate when you will get the interview and results.

Yes same here in San Diego, CA. My field office is Chula Vista, CA. My husband went for biometrics in December and since December 7th case status online says "Ready to schedule interview but nothing yet. He did receive his EAD in January. We are still waiting...its taking forever!

My husband received his work permit already on February, but we haven't heard anything on green card. It's frustrating not knowing when to expect the good news by.

                Processing I-485, san diego

Submitted I-130 and I-485 in October, 2015, received, RECEIPT CONFIRMATION, with priority date of 11/16/2015, and that is the last I heard, bio and medical out of the way, but still no one date

                  I485 San Diego

Same here! SD office works super slow even worse than LA. Submitted I 485 early December, nothing happened yet. The good thing is I can work but the sad part is I could not go back visit my family until I get green card. Everyone in SD should expect min 10 months lead time.

I heard since it's an election year, USCIS is asked to process more Citizenship cases than GC cases.

Stay tight ... we will get through this phase together ... !! Happy Friday!

Wow. That was super fast! I wonder if you have any special case like your spouse works for military?

not a special case, I think we sent way too much Bonafide proof and that helped. almost 200 ******** messages congratulating us on our wedding day, my husbands job also made us a little party for our wedding, sent over 60 pics, etc. today was our interview, all they asked us was for our passports, my I94 which they kept, and a few questions and he said he knows our marriage is real, he approved our case right away and congratulate us. online status says card in production now.
btw been in the USA for 22 years, so we are celebrating big tonight
