Would like clarification on my situation.
I applied for i485 in Oct 2015 and have an EAD valid until end of this year. Its past 180 days since Filing.
I have H1 valid until Aug 2016. Since I changed clients in July 2015, filed an amendment in Jan 2016. Upgraded amendment to premium for faster approval.
I plan to take up full-time by invoking AC21. Would like to know if I am eligible and any issues associated with it that will delay my GC.
