Hello, I sent back my RFE with all the requirements and it's delivered since last week Monday but have not heard anything yet from the USCIS. Please how long before my status change and what next?

My case is based on marriage and I file March 17 did my FP April 12 and got RFE April 18 sent back to them and delivered last week Monday but have not heard anything from them and my case staus still says RFE sent April 18.

USCIS responses to RFE's aren't normally sent to you, but processing then moves on if your RFE response satisfied the requirement.

It might not change on the status website until the petition is approved.

Yea my petitioner is USC and RFE asked for 2015 IRS for 1040,last 6 months paystub,letter of employment and I already sent it all to them but I made a mistake never add the RfE letter when I first sent all the documents so I have to send it again and add the pink letter and it shows deliver on Usps website.

If you have the tracking number you can check where are your documents.
Once USCIS receive your docs they will change the update online.

I have the tracking number and Ithe shows on USPS website that package delivered more than a week now but my case number on immigration site still RFE sent. I'm so worried please what can I do?

oh that is strange. Mine, when they received it on April 21, it was reflected on USCIS website that they already received my RFE. And they sent me my EAD a week after.
Did you sent your docs registered and return signature?

Hello,my case changed yesterday to they received my rfe and this morning it says ready to be scheduled for interview. I'm so happy,but my i765 still just case received please does it means I won't get my EAD card before the interview?

It depends! My EAD arrived a week after they received my RFE. Just wait for a week and then check the status online about your i765.
My status for i485 has been changed to ready for interview schedule.

Hi guys, uscis update my i485 to case ready to be scheduled for interview but my i130 and i765 still on case received since March 14th. Please does it means I won't get my EAD card anytime soon and how soon can I get the interview date.

For sure they will give you the EAD I-765 just wait for a couple of weeks because usually it is 90 days from the priority date
