My husband went for fingerprints last December 2015. Since then we've been waiting for the interview to be scheduled, he already has his work permit. I was checking on Case Status for our field office which is Chula Vista and each month they were posting updates as to where they were for AOS. Now the page is blank and it's been that way for 3 weeks. I was wondering if anyone had the same issue, if their paperwork is also being processed at this office. I called the customer service number and was told oh they are having technical issues but still hasn't been fixed. It would be nice to have some information
