I am a non US CItizen who came to US on H1b and my H1B is getting maxed out on July 27th 2016. My employer filed for GC under EB1(C) [Multi National Manager] category and i have received my EAD and AP.
If i marry a non US citizen then on what basis can my spouse travel to US. My spouse would like to work in US.
