AOS for H4 spouse
My employer is going to do concurrent filing of immigration petition (EB12) and AOS for me (H1 visa holder) and my husband(H4 visa holder). Does my husband need to stay with in the United States as long as our AOS is pending? He lives and works abroad and visits US frequently on H4 visa. We plan for him to come to the US when my company is ready to file I-140 and AOS. Hoping that I-140 gets approved, for how long should he plan to stay here? What are the travel restrictions that we may need to plan for? Thanks!
