I485 help
good afternoon I'm looking for help , I'm in the process of deportation since 2011 I married and I have a i 130 APPROVED the last time I went to the court the prosecutor and the judge was recommended to me that I have to fill the i 485, but I'm confused truth not as well filled. when I arrest immigration first took me to the district court and I imposed these charges 8USC1325 ( a) (1 ) 18 USC 2 (a ) then immigracion gave me another paper with additional charges saying I enter the country in 2004 new york with a 2A visa And I stay ilega after the visa expired. , then on the part of the i485 where it says if I have a criminal record do not know if I put yes or no because I do not understand well if the charges I put my immigration issues in the district court are criminal or not and if I was ever convicted or arrested yes or no. I the only time in my life I went to was arrested by immigration
