Finger Print Notice Not Recieved Yet

Hi everyone!
I have sent my I-485 application for adjustment of status to Nebraska Service Center and received Notice of Action on August 7, 2015 but it has been 9 months since I have not received my Finger Print Notice yet and I am still waiting. My case status says that it has been received and is under process. Is it normal? has anybody experienced the same situation? could anyone please give any advice on what should I do.
