Hi,
I am looking for advice. I filed my I485 application in 2007. I stayed in the US from 1997 to March, 2014. Then I left to India for about 1 year 8 months and my EAD and AP expired.
I came on my H4 visa. I got an RFE on I485 application in June, 2015 and my attorney requested for additional time to file a response. Meanwhile I applied for my EAD and it was renewed.
I got a job and then I filed my response in April 2016 to NOID received in March, 2015. Couple of days back my I485 application got denied. I filed the NOID response by going through
**** ** Law Firm.
What are my options now? I can go for MTR but are there any better options? Is my EAD invalid now and do I have to stop working? My EAD is valid until next year.
