Any March 2016 fillers please let's chat....here's my time line below.

Case received March 14 2016

Biometric done April 12 2016

Got RFE April 18 2016

Respond to RFE April 28 2016

I485 changed to RFE received May 5 2016

I485 changed to case ready to be scheduled to interview on May 12th 2016.

Nothing yet on my i765 just case received since March 14th 2016. Local office is San Antonio TX.

I see your case that you received RFE, did you had your biometrics already? Because usually I-765 process time is 3 months only max which gone biometrics already.

Yea had my biometrics done since April 12th

still early to panic, it will arrive wait patiently Seems like your case is ok and USCIS did not ask anymore RFE which is good.

March filler

I filed concurently I130 and I485 in March 2016, did fingerprint in April, case got transferred two times, finally in december 2016 received RFE letter for I130 case, RFE sent back, and I130 got approved in February 2017.
got interview notice for April, interview went great, officer only asked yes/no questions, verified my name and my parents name. She did not ask marriage questions since I130 was already approved.
I485 case got approved in less than a week, received welcome letter 3 days later plus green card a day after that. Thank u JESUS.
