Is it true that USCIS will think that my marriage is a fraud if i don't live with my husband. i am the immigrant i got married for love, but now I've fallen out of love with my husband. i did the joint bank account with him, but he cleaned out all my money and he don't really show any interest in my well being. at this point ill have to **** it till i make it cuz my application is already in process.

do u guys know any other proof i can show that marriage his bonifade that don't require joining finances?

Well does your marriage fall under the definition of bona fide?
In good faith; without deception or fraud: a bona fide statement of intent. Is your marriage for love or for a green card?
Honestly, you have to work things out with him, nobody says your marriage has to be perfect but you need him on board and a part of your marriage. As far as the account, well nobody says it has to have a huge fund. Take your money out asap every time.

If your no longer in love with him and clearly dont seem to be affectionate for each other, then your marriage is more likely to fail? Then Im assuming there would be no reason for you to adjust status and proceed with staying in the states?

Not living with the your husband (the USC requesting you) does not automatically disqualifies you, but is undoubtly a red flag for USCIS.

If your husband is not adamantly supportive of your relationship during the AOS interview, chances are that USCIS will reject your aplication... Regardless if you live under the same roof or not.
Furthermore, unless you ahve been married for more than two years, your initical Green Card will be only temporay. That means that your husband will need to request an extension of your green card in 19 months, and it is his privilege to request such extension. If he fails to do so, you will no longer be a lawful resident once your temporary green card expires.

        Best of lucks.
