hi guys, does anyone know the meaning of "Request For Evidence on Form I-797, notice of Action"? cos when i looked it up on the internet its say this form is issued to an applicant or petitioner when their petition is being APPROVED. so does it mean my application is approved or they need evidence to approve it ....am confused

no it doesn't mean that the application is approve. it means that they need some evidence from you are in order to make a decision

What they need from you should be on the RFE and you need to respond to it within the stipulated to avoid denial. It does not mean your case is approved, USCIS issue such when they need more information from you for them to continue working on your case.

Guys please i have one more question, can uscis send you Form N-14? Cos I don't even have a GC talk of naturalization. Coz they send me Form N-14 too. I don't understand why, I learn it's for second chance for people applying for citizenship. Confused guys. Help
