What's next i130 approved

My i130 was approved. My wife an LPR petition for me and my i130 was approved. My Pd is Jan 2016. My last visit to the US I spent 5 months ended in May. Can I now return to the USA and will I be allowed entry. Also, can I file i485 since they are working on Oct 2015 as at June.

You cannot file for i-485 at this time, you have to wait for your priority date to become current or the date of filing application to become current. at the moment USCIS are working on priority dates that are before Nov 08, 2014 for the final action. So you still have over a year for your priority date to become current.

What's the second table of the chart that says Oct 2015 for?

It is the chart that tells you when to file your application but USCIS has not approved the use of that chart for filing application for the month of June. Please check the following link https://www.uscis.gov/visabulletin-jun-16 Even if USCIS approved the use of the second chart for July2016 you are still not elligible to file at this time because you priority date is Jan 2016 which is not earlier Oct 2015.

Thanks everyone for the responses. I was told by USCIS that the first table is for consular processing and second table is for USCIS processing. Can anyone confirm this.
