Hi All,
I would like to ask your help to whether to restart my green card application and start working now with a new H1b or wait to get my GC. I have a job offer from another company and I am not sure if I should wait to get my green card or apply for another H1b. I was laid off from the company that applied to my green card and AOS due to company's economic situations.
Can anyone would be able to tell me when I would be able to get my EAD & Green card?
April 15th - I applied to I131, I765 and I485
April 18th - USCIS received the applications
May 18th - Biometric appointment completed
Any help would be appreciated.
