has anyone experience the same thing like me:
i called customer service (CS) and go transferred to higher level cs to find out when ill receive my work permit:
application receiver April 18, 2016
BIO done May 24 2016
RFE received June 7 2016
so cs basically told be that they will restart the clock from the time the received RFE....so i have to wait 90 days to receive the work permit. that is so not right i would be waiting 5 months in total to get a work permit?
DID anyone really waited this long??
