Rec receipt no 4/5/16
Biometric app 4/10-16
Biometric done 5/5/16
Form i485 on line status "case is ready to schedule for interview 6/6/16.
While i765 still says case was rec, after 73 days of filing... Anybody with similar issue?

St. Louis Missouri; Filing apparently just varies

It took us about 2.5 months to receive an EAD (I-765) after biometrics. If you haven't received an RFE for the I-765 then it should be approved shortly. We have yet to hear about any interview..it's been 6 months since our original filing. We actually have had decent luck when we call USCIS customer service.Do you have that number? Hold on tight, because this is apparently an extra long ride.

It seems there is a big delay in St Louis office...
My case was received on 10/05/2015
It showed the interview is ready to be scheduled on 01/03/2016, the date had been changed to 03/09/2016
Now we are still waiting on the interview notice
Call the customer service several times, we were just told to check the processing time on uscis website
I guess we can just wait...

same here. interview is next month but have not gotten EAD . heard many cases that just go straight to the interview.

Nothing Else After Receiving EAD Card

I have my EAD card but yet NO interview scheduled and NO social security number issued. This whole thing has been going on for about 7 months now since the date I started to file my AOS package.

Yes, Saint Louis is waaaaaay past behind the dead line. I've seen other immigrants get their S*** within 4 months after filing, including the Green Card, but guess what, they are not in freaking Missouri.

I applied for my SSN almost 4 weeks ago. Last time I checked my status (called the SSA), they said it's been pending... this is BS, let me tell ya.


Anyway... did anyone get called in for their interview yet?

I have issue with my spouse's name in Passport and Visa.

Passport Has:

Sur Name: Blank

Given Name:- YYYY XX

Visa:-

Sur Name: YYYY XX

Given Name: FNU

I am filling I-485 form for her. What should be filled under Given Name and family Name?
