want help please i 485 finger print done second time ,but no response till today

Need help and guidance please. my mother's finger print were done second time on April 19 , after that no up date on I-485. status say finger print fee received .......
EAD card already received on April 23rd;
1 130 approval also received may 20
fathers green card received 31st may. mothers still pending and show no updates.
Mother and Father both had applied same day PD 19 FEB.
we are worried and confused .
Mother has urgent work to go to India next month.

ur #1 concern is travel, or ur mother not getting her green card as yet? because she had redo her bio that will probably be the cuz of the delay. I'm assuming u applied for travel doc for ur mother, so she can travel back and forth...ill just walk with immigration doc. call USCIS and find out the cuz of the delay

Thanks a lot for guidance. we had not applied for travel document, probably the big mistake we had committed.
now our main concern is getting green card, so my mom could travel .
