Hi, will uscis have a problem if my spouse files her taxes as single because i didnt have a ssn or itin number to file with as the system would not take my name without any of those documents.?

    Help please.

How will your spouse file taxes without an SSN or ITIN number? I dont believe its physically possible. I didnt have my step sons SSN by the time I had to file my taxes, so I filed without claiming him and will amend later once we do.

You should be okay, I myself file single and was just fine. Just add a letter of explanation if you wanna feel more comfortable. Also if you have a joint sponsor, they will just disregard her taxes.
