Waiting for my biometric appointment more than 3 MONTHS??

Hi,

I filled for adjust status, petition for alien relative and employment Authorization

I got 3 different letters a few days after i send my documents with my recepeit number

received date 03/02/2106
notice date 03/10/2016

I am still waiting for the biometrics appointment and is gonna be more than 3 months. I dont know what to do i would like to know if someone experienced the same case or something similar?

have u called uscis? what did they say?i too im waiting its been 30 days since they posted the reciept.. the said to call when its 30 days after i recieved the reciept

I also waited 4 months befor I got a biometric appointment. call the USCIS toll free and tell them it has been more than 30 days since your filing date and you still haven't got a scheduled fingerprint appointment. also mention because of this your EAD processing date has exceeded 3 months

Yes. I called many times and they always said the same thing "you have to wait but your case is active and nothing is wrong" now that you say you waited 4 months make me feel better. The last time I called them the person ask me a few questions and sent them a request information to the central office where I send my documentation. I also had an appointment at my local office but it was pretty much the same "you have to wait ".

Call as many times as you can, that is what I am doing and somehow one day they will get the message. The free toll service is not very good and they just repeat things to not deal with people but if you call next time ask them to make a request information so they will have record of that call. For thisr request they have to ask you some details about your case, make sure they do that. Hope this information works!

Also waiting for the Biometric appointment, it's been 43 Days

Hi, my Notice date is 5/5/2016, also waiting for the biometric appointment. Same thing, I received 3 letters with 3 numbers all start with MSC, and all of them show errors on the USCIS website. When I call the customer service, the auto machine says the same that the number is wrong, could not get a hold to the real ppl. After some research, many people say that they just do not have time to update the cases online, therefore I only rely on the mail. Which is driving me crazy. Which USCIS should I call on that case, the local office? Can anyone share the phone number please?
