My Application was returned back to me with form I-797C I don't really know the meaning of it.with post office money stamped with U.S Department of homeland security.and there's receipt number on each forms return.my I-487...I-765.....I-130. this are forms attached with I-797c......

what did the 797c state? and did they give you any reasons for sending it back to you? probably the post office could not deliver it because you posted it to the wrong address??

About i-130 talking about signature they asked me to re fill the all Applications with new version of the forms is only i-130 I can't find the new version but the rest of the forms are all new version forms.
