I am the son of the petitioner. I was petitioned last January 2014 for IR-2 but my father did not continue my petition due to family issues. I have an available visa number since 2014 as per USCIS and I would like to continue my petition. I entered USA last May 2016 as a visitor visa and would like to make adjustment of status. I would like to know if someone else (stepfather) can file affidavit of support and continue my petition. I was petition when I was 20 (almost 21) and now I am 23 years old. I am still under CSPA however my father did not seek to acquire visa within a year. What should I do?
