    Travel to India during Adjsutment of Status

    Hi,

    I have applied for GC. I have received the EAD card and parole authorization. I also have a valid L1 visa and I 94 eligibility. Is it safe to travel to India for a short period ( 3-4 weeks) during this period?
    Am I legally allowed to travel out of US during this period ? what additional documentation, if any. would be needed at the time of re-entry?
