EAD card is being produced without Biometrics

Hi

I applied for I485 application on May 25, 2016 along with I-131 and I-765. My I-140 already approved several months back and my application is in progress in EB2 category. Just after 3 weeks of I 485 application, my online application for I-765 is updated yesterday and give me notice that my "New Card is being produced - On June 17, 2016, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number LIN YYYY YYYY X". Both for me and my wife application for I-765 application received the same notice. I am so surprise that is it possible to get EAD card so quickly? Even I didn't get any notice for Biometrics? Any one have any experience like this? Thanks..
