my mothers I-485
Hello everyone. Im in desperate need of answers. Here is my timeline hopefully theres someone with the same situation.
TIMELINE:
Filed I-130 and I-485 on 08/04/2015 notice date 08/13/2015
biometric appointment on sent on 08/17/2015 for appointment on 09/04/2015
Needed additional evidence I-485 received 09/01/2015
received additional info on 10/22/2015
biometric appointment on 01/11/2016
I have submitted the additional evidence and have not heard from them since 10/22/2015
Application was sent to the Chicago. Petition filed in Massachusetts.
Im not sure why its taking so long. Its been 8 months and have not heard a peep from anyone. I
have made two inquires but have not heard anything yet.
My mom came here on a Visa waiver aand i filed while she was here on that waiver.
please if anyone has a similar situation please advise.
