    Hi guys thought id share my experience...

    Ive had Daca for 2 year; I currently have have an EAD card (expires October 2016), drivers license, and social. After applying for Advance Parole through Daca on humanitarian grounds, I was able to travel to México and come back. I received the I94, which then I used to apply for AOS, through my husband, who is a US Citizen. We have been married for 5 years, and I am applying through Houston.. I will update as I go ..

    Timeline for AOS:

    -Nov. 2015
    sent out Advance Parole application through Daca ( humanitarian reasons)

    -January 19, 2016
    Advance Parole approved

    -Feb. 12th 2016
    Flew to Mexico

    -Feb. 20th 2016
    Arrived to Houston, passed through customs, and got 1-94


    -March 2016
    Applied with lawyers help for I485, I130, I765

    -April 11th 2016
    Receipt received from USCIS, Priority Date April 07, 2016

    -April 23, 2016
    Receipt for Biometics received

    -May 13th, 2016
    Biometics Done

    -May 30th, 2016
    Online status updated to Ready to schedule for interview

    -June 30th, 2016
    EAD card has been produced, online status update

    I am going through the same process. My priority date is April 2016 and my case has been ready for an interview since July.
