NYC timeline for AOS base on Marriage 2016.

Here we share our timeline for NY I hope it could help to have an idea how they are working and if anyone is filling from NY share yours so we have an idea what's next.

06/13/2016 mailed package(priority Mail, certificate) I130,I485 and I765

06/16/2016 Received at Chicago PO box

06/22/2016 fingerprint fee accepted, and return receipt arrived in the mail

06/25/2016 email that the case was accepted and the NOA has been mailed.

07/01/2016 Received 3 NOA and FP appoiment letter

07/14/2016 Updated but status didn't change.

08/27/2016 EAD Approved online status changed

08/28/2016 Received email. We will mail your approval notice. Please follow the instructions in the notice. Five emails.

03/15/2016 mailed in all documents to Chicago lockbox for AOS (i-130 & i-485)

03/28/2016 notices of receipt arrived in mail

04/01/2016 online case status says we've received your form...we mailed you notice...follow instructions...

05/10/2016 had biometrics appointment

Since the biometrics, there haven't been any updates or mailings. Case Status checker online still has the 04/01/2016 information. So just waiting now, sadly.
