  • Notice To Applicant Recieved 4 days after USCIS recieved my RFE

    Hi,

I had a RFE notice for tax related documents and Joint sponsor W2's which I submitted on the 20th of June. On the 23rd of june, USCIS updated their website saying they received my RFE response.

However, on the 27th, USCIS sent me a letter saying the following:

An initial review of the evidence submitted with your application to register permanent residence determined that Form I 693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record, has not been submitted.
You will be required to submit a Valid I 693 at a later date. Please follow these instructions:
-If you receive an interview notice in the mail, you must bring your updated I693 to your interview appointment.
-If your case does not require an interview, you will receive a RFE with instructions on where to send the I693.

DO NOT MAIL DOCUMENTS AT THIS TIME.

My question is, does this mean that they have accepted the tax documents and are good with it and thus moving on to other issues they might have with my case? Should I be expecting an interview date soon?

And I did submit the I693, I do not know why they said I haven't submitted it.

I receive and send back a response and the same day they receive it they update the site saying they received it. However they also send me a letter asking for the medical which I didn't send with the application but send it afterward. They seems to lost it or something. They received my RFE since May 31 2016 but I haven't heard from them pertaining to the case since. I don't know if this is normal time to wait.

Yeah same thing with me, im not sure if one should wait so long but if you havent heard from them for so long it probably means they are happy with the initial RFE documents you sent. Whats your priority date
