I lost my conditional green card one week ago and I have to travel to Europe on July 11th. I have expired passport but I also have emergency passport issued from my embassy. I have the police report and i filed the I-90 form to replace my card. I know about the I-551 stamp but the problem im facing its there is no available appointment in the 5 nearest USCIS offices near me and also i dont know are they going to put the stamp on my emergency passport. I will go to the office on Tuesday because its closed for the 4th of July to see can i get in without appointment. Please if anyone have experience like this share it with me if you have time im freaking out i dont know whats gonna happen...thank you in advance
