I'm trying to submit all the paperwork for a marriage based change of status before the current visa expires but I'm unsure if I'll be able to get the 693 medical done in time. Should I submit all paperwork with out and then submit it once it is completed or wait to submit it all at once and possible submitting after current visa is expired. Currently in the US on Tourist visa.

It doesn't change anything! Just send the paper as soon as you get them because after you send them, you have to wait around 3 months to get your EAD and SSN.
