    Hi,
I have a gc and I petitioned for my spouse. My time line is a s follows
    PD for i130 - 10/20/2014
Approved on 09/23/2015 (took almost a year to be approved)
Waited to become current on visa bulletin - became current on 04/16
    Submitted i130, i765 and i485 and recieved on 04/21/16
    Bio metric done on 05/23/16
Case became ready to be scheduled for interview on 06/01/16.

I know the visa bulletin now days provide 2 charts as to when you can submit the i485, we just choose to wait till our case got current on the visa bulletin but I see some people with a later priority date on the i130 submitted i485 package much aerier than I did and some of the cases went forward. Hope that helps!

You mean they submitted i485 earlier than their priority date or within the filing date of the new chart (chart B, dates for filing chart)? I just want to know it some cases do went forward and did not get rejected. Thanks

I meant within the filing date of the new chart. I have read a case where someone went all the way to the interview but even though the case was approved, they did not get the green card and they were told that they have to wait until their case got current on the visa bulletin.

Thanks frankh! I heard some people had their application rejected, and some did move forward.
