  • interview got complicated.. 2 months later no respond

i filled my case on january 5.
got work permit about 80 days later(before that i had RFE i had to change sponsor)
had interview in the beginning of may

Didnt go that well, me and my wife live together, since we are young, early 20's, she is student, i'm trying to transfer my school here(need gc bcs of tuition fee's)
So her car is on her mom's name, bank account everything, we had only few mutual documents.. her sister rents us the room, so we did got the paper with her singnature and two of us, and we took it to nortificate the document and make it official,, we had few pictures(like 20) and letters from two friends..

officer was very hard on us.. I forgot my wifes tattoo (i know stupid right, emberrasing but i got super nervous) ofc i knew it same second as we stepped out
She separated us at the interview and started hitting us with the questions.. I guess we got the most of them right, as we got nothing to hide...
She was mad and rude, i got nothing to hide and im not guilty but she treated me like that. Like i commited felony.. I wish no1 goes thru what i went that day..
She walked out my GF, saw me in the hallway (because she separated us, she was questioning my wife by her self) and when IO saw me she just turned around and went away, no goodbye no nothing..

Now two months after interview no respond what so ever.. Today i went for infopass, but got absolutely nothing.. would get the same result if i went to case status.. It doesnt change or speed up process as i was hoping, but u just get informed about things.. Not very helpful>..
What do u guys suggest, what should i do next? Just wait..
Im scared that IO will threw my case away somewhere, and no1 will take a look at it for months or maybe even years..

Edit: let me add this, in meantime my dad got very sick, he has heart problems.. My grandpa damaged his sciatic nerve, so now he is paralysed...
I feel like going crazy, i didnt apply for AP because i taught there is nothing to fear of, our case is gonna go smooth as smooth it can go.. and all this problems are going on now.. Its very hard time for me
Should i apply for AP now? Anyone had experience traveling with AP?
My friend got questioned when he was entering to US with GC... so i dont know how safe is it to travel with AP?

    should prepare possibilities.

I am sorry to hear that.
If I were you, I would prepare next possibilities which could be 2nd interview or unexpected visitors form USCIS or good news- approval letters(you cloud be wrong).
Nobody knows what your interview result is like.
I am just telling you what your next step could be.
You guys also tried to open joint bank account(not that hard) and simply add you two names on utility billing address(Internet, electricity, gas, cell phones).
I understand your situation but you really need to make evidences.
If you already have EAD, you can only file I-131 for AP as long as I-485 is pending. It takes usually 3months.
AP would not be recommend for someone who has criminal records or overstay USA before filling I-485. Otherwise you will be fine even though you will be questioned(You should travel with I-485 receipt(I-797C) letter it is very helpful)

Important: AP is only valid while your I-485 is pending. If if if I-485 is rejected while you are traveling outside USA, you cannot come back to USA using that AP.

I wish all the best to you !
