Simple : you won't get GC for your son.

Simple : you won't get GC for your son.

You are in for some difficulty and possibly a denial because the I-693 is time sensitive and must be performed by an approved Immigration/FAA surgeon. AFter the exam and vaccinations and blood test the physician completes the report and seals it in a special envelope and the seal cannot be broken.

I-485 weird interview proceeding.

Hi Ron,

As reference, I have petitioned my wife and son submitting I-130 and I-485 for both of them, a few weeks ago I received I-797C notice for the scheduled interview for my son but not for my wife, I called USCIS to asked them why they told me because there are two separate applications, Yesterday I went to the 2:30pm scheduled I-485 interview for my son along with my wife when we got there the USCIS officer told me that she was going to interview my wife I told her that I did not bring any paper related to my wife's interview not even the I-693 for my wife and just for my son since the scheduled interview was for him, she continued and interviewed her at the end she asked to bring today at 7am some printed pictures of us as family, the I-693 of my wife and 2015 income tax, due to some inconvenience I could not make today but I see in the case status webpage that both I-130 and I-485 of my wife and son has been approved and they will send the approval notice and new card. To finish today I receive by mail the appointment letter for my wife scheduled for yesterday 07/14 at 2:30pm

What should I do? is this normal?
