Hi,
I had a L1B visa which was expired on May 16 2016, My wife and I got a EAD through I-485. We went to India on May 01 2016.
We came back to US on May 22 2016 using EAD (Because visa was expired).
Now we have a Greencard interview next week and we are collecting all the documents.
When we try to print the I94 card, it still shows that the Class of Admission as L1B and the date of entry as 2015.
Do we have I94 for the EAD category? What should we do if the officer asks for most recent I-94?
