Hello, I held a Green Card as a child and was forced to surrender it when I left for Canada and returned several months later. I came thru Ambassodor Bridge in Detroit. I was inspected and my car was inspected and my documents were reviewd, Inspecting officer said I must surrender GC which I did. (I was an 18 yr old and did not understand) I crossed over in 1973 and have married and had a child. My wife is from NH and my son was born in 1985 in Naples FL. My GC was granted in 1965 along with family. I went to HS in delaware and college in FL. I registered for SS but never was drafted. I re-applied for Perm Status and was approved for I-130, Filed I-485 with priority Date on I-797c 01/05/2016 and Preference Class: Family Based Immediate. USCIS uses my old GC# on its correspondence.
Now for my questions: Will USCIS call me and my wife for interview?
Am I considered "Registry" Because accept for my visit to Canada I have lived and worked in the US since 1965?
