Hello I need to verify what's the list of forms
And documents do I have to submit to immigration for green card through marriage my wife is a us citizen born here .

Forms needed to apply

I130, I485, I765 (employment doc if you are going to work), I131 (if you're wanting to travel and re-enter US while your case is pending), G325a (one to be completed by you both), I864 and if you're using a lawyer G28. You'll also need to get a medical from a board certified physician before your interview I believe it's form I693, you don't have to submit that until later; you need proof of all vaccinations for that or to go and get the required vaccines before the medical. I485, I130 and I765 all have a fee to file I believe it's close to $2000 and without I765 it's almost $1500. Hope this helps and good luck!

I765 is $380, travel document is free though. I130 is the petition for alien relative and that's $420 and I485 AOS is $1070 which includes the $85 biometrics fee.

The $1,070 buys you a temporary Work Authorization and Advance Parole (on same card, referred to as "combo card"). Those two benefits expire when one is approved for Permanent Resident status and gets a Green Card.

i was filling the i 864 our household size is 5 but when i fill the i 864 it automatically make 6 ??
can i add my stepchild birth certificate ? they usa citizen

I know but that depends on where you're based, I filed in Dallas and my card took over 12 months to arrive due to the backlog.

My wife is unemployed because she is going to school / for income can i put zero ? Even we have joint sponsor
she got helped by the parents !
