I am not sure if this is the right place so please re-direct me if need be. An ex girlfriend of mine, from about 4 yrs ago, has been in the US for 20 years now. She is undocumented and came here when she was 17 from Mexico and she is now 37. She takes care of both her parents, goes to school, no trouble whatsoever and works 2 jobs. We made contact again and I believe the feelings are still there so I am wondering if I can find someone here who may be able to help her. She has the character this country needs; hard working, family oriented and refuses any government assistance. If you know anyone in a similar situation and can help, please let me know.

What type of advice are you seeking? If you are asking if she can establish legal residency here in the US? The answer is no! The Supreme Court has tossed back down to the lower court Obama's immigration plan. Also your friend did not come thru legally inspected.
