After I 130 Approval

Hi. My Spouse has US Green Card. I 130 has been approved and priority date is 03/22/2016. I am an Indian Citizen. When should I apply for Employment Authorization (I 795) and Status Change (I 485)?
Date now deferred back to 2014 from 2015 in last months in VisaBulletin. If anyone knows anything, please let me know.

You can't do your Adjustment of Status submittal until your Priority Date is current.

How long as your hubby had Green Card status?
