AOS help

I have some questions pertaining to my AOS paperwork for my spouse. My wife has a B2 visa and has visited me several times the last two years. We recently got married and now she is living with me here in the US.

1. What address do we use for her on the I-130, I-131, I-485, I-693. The US or abroad address?
2. Form G-325A wants us to list the previous addresses in the last 5 years, listing the present first. Again, do we use the US address, if so, do I use the date she arrived as the start date?

1. Put the address where she is residing when you submit the package.
2. If you don't put the date she arrived, you will be lying.
