L1 to Green Card Question

Hello

I have been in the US on an L1 A for three years. last week I received my green card after marriage to a US citizen.

I am currently awaiting the actual card (it is in production). I already have the Welcome Notice.


My questions are below:

Can I now safely resign from my current job?

What happens to my L1 A visa?

Any assistance will be appreciated.
