Both my husband and I were arrested last week and we've stayed in the cell for 2 nights. It all happened when my husband started to hit me and I called the cops. He snatched away my cellphone; leaving me no choice but to go to my neighbour to make the phone call. When the cops arrived, I did not know that my husband was already gone. When he came back, he had black eyes and scratched on his neck and body. He told the cops that those injuries were resulted from me. I was framed by him as I did not lay a hand on him. There was no court case though as the DA has discharged the case.
We are back together now but I still cannot forgive him for whatever he had done to me and I know that he will never forget that I called the cops as he has been blaming me for calling the cops and injuring himself is a self protection.
Now, I wanna leave him but I'm stucked as my marriage is less than 2 years. I am also not sure if that incident will affect my status later. I have no proof of my innocence. Please help.
