i am still working and without problem .after i will file my aos package . what to do need advice

You need to add $1,070 check to DHS, passport-style photos, copies of your F1 visa, birth certs for both of you (Naturalization Cert of wife if born outside the U.S.), your I-94.

Are you using falsified documents to obtain a job? This is an area where I strongly recommend an attorney.

when i came in the usa with student visa i get a chance to get a real ssn and dmv id .
i was using this to work in this country without working permit in the food industry
i was abble to file for taxes and get refung

My guess is since you never used falsified documents and obtained legitamate documents USCIS will waive the infraction. My only concern is the I-9 and what box you checked concerning a citizen or alien, in which case you may be in some difficulty.
As I said before you may want to consult with an attorney and explai what might happen.
