My PD is Jan 2016 and I am in F2A category. What's the earliest I can file i485?

Would it be faster if I use NVC?

I have a B1/B2 visa. Can I adjust status even thought my sponsor is LPR?

What is the priority date on your I-130 form? That will tell you when you can submit I-485. You can adjust status if your sponsor has a green card, it just takes longer than if they were a citizen.

I am in India and my visa got expired but spouse is in US on L1 I-94 (aug 2017) now i wanna go to US but visa appointments are getting late can i use dropbox option for visa renewal on i-94 status.can anybody help me ??
